Dialogue

Our DIALOGUE program is for "veteran" kid playwrights. That is, those who have participated in both our PLAYMAKING and PLAY-IT-AGAIN programs. This time around, each child partners with an adult actor. A central theme is once again involved, and the kids are responsible for creating the basic outline of the play. The adult and child work together to create a short play, each writing the lines for one of the two characters. And then they act in the play together. The added twist: neither knows which of them will be playing which character until after the play is completed!
